Terms Of Service and Shipping Policy
Since most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.
SHIPPING:
Customers in USA
We ship via USPS. We select the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within the US we offer tracking numbers with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.
Customers in Canada
We ship via USPS. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.
International Customers
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. Hopefully this is going to change really soon and we'll be able to ship overseas.
Customers wishing to pick up orders
We do not offer customer pick up, instead we deliver locally in the San Antonio (Texas) grater area.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
